 At our beautiful Virginia bed and breakfast, The Stonewall Jackson Inn, dining is designed to satisfy both delicate or hearty appetites.
 Our Chef utilizes the finest Virginia staples such as Turner Ham, locally produced custom produced sausages and apples.

You will find one of the main selections below as part of the daily gourmet breakfast at our inn. These are served with seasonally fresh fruits, a variety of juices, and freshly perked coffee.
 

Breakfast in our "Paradise Cafe"

	Eggs Nova Scotia-Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, cream cheese and dill, served with fresh bacon.
	Croissant French Toast-French Toast made with a croissant served with scrambled eggs and fresh bacon or locally produced sausage.
	Brie Breakfast Soufflé-Egg Casserole made with Brie and assorted cheeses, fresh bacon or locally produced sausage served with sautéed potatoes seasoned with fresh rosemary.
	Crab Soufflé- Egg casserole with fresh lump crab served with sautéed potatoes seasoned with fresh rosemary.
	Country Eggs Benedict.- Eggs Benedict using thinly sliced, locally produced, Virginia Country Ham and served with bacon.
	Eggs Orleans-Poached eggs atop succulent crab cakes, served on toasted English muffins, topped with Hollandaise and paired with patties of delicious, fresh, locally produced sausage.

A light fare menu is available upon request.
